Because the static version requires some of the parts needed to fill in the gaps where there is no motor set.

The cargo door of this moc can be opened freely, the landing gear can be retracted, the 4 propellers on both sides of the wing can be driven by the motor to rotate, the use of building bricks is a good restoration of the real A400M.
