Billionaires’ Row is a group of ultra-luxury residential skyscrapers and their surrounding neighborhoods near the southern end of Central Park in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Several of these buildings are classified as supertall—over 1,000 feet (300 meters) tall—including, as of 2024, the three tallest residential buildings in the world. Since several of these pencil towers are located on or near 57th Street, this neighborhood is home to some of the most expensive homes in the world. Due to the record-breaking prices of apartments in these buildings, the media has dubbed this stretch of 57th Street "Billionaires' Row."
