Designed by lavishlump and officially authorized for sale by LesDiy, this massive 2,218-piece model recreates the legendary pirate emperor known in One Piece as the world’s “Strongest Creature.”

Designed around character scale, Kaido intentionally towers over standard figures, reflecting his enormous canonical height. The model is also proportioned to display naturally alongside lavishlump’s other One Piece character builds, including Whitebeard, Blackbeard, and Bartholomew Kuma.

Beyond its imposing size, this model incorporates extensive articulation in the head, arms, hands, shoulders, and cape, allowing a wide variety of expressive battle poses.

MASSIVE CHARACTER-SCALE DESIGN
Kaido’s proportions are based on his canonical height of approximately 710 cm / 23'4", compared with Luffy at approximately 174 cm / 5'9", allowing the finished model to dwarf standard character figures.

ARTICULATED HEAD, ARMS & HANDS
Multiple articulation points allow the figure to be repositioned into different standing, fighting, and weapon-wielding poses.

DOUBLE-JOINTED SHOULDERS
The shoulders use a double-jointed construction inspired by traditional action figures, allowing a wider and more expressive range of arm movement.

FLEXIBLE CAPE SECTIONS
Sections of the cape can flex as the arms move, helping preserve its flowing silhouette while allowing greater posing freedom.

MASSIVE KANABO CLUB
Kaido can wield his signature oversized spiked kanabo, reinforcing the brutal combat appearance associated with the character.

ALTERNATIVE BENT ARM & HAND
An additional bent-arm configuration and extra hand provide more options for posing Kaido with his weapon.

lavishlump created MOC-270429 to capture Kaido’s enormous scale and monstrous presence while still providing meaningful articulation.

Special attention was given to the shoulder mechanisms, which use double-jointed construction and rubber-band tension to help support the heavy arms when raised. Flexible cape sections, alternate hand configurations, a sake gourd, and the huge kanabo provide additional display possibilities.

Important Note

The shoulder mechanisms use 4 rubber bands in total. The designer recommends using two per shoulder for stronger tension when displaying the arms in raised positions.
