This post-apocalyptic modular building captures a haunting abandoned streetscape, built on a standard 32×32 baseplate and divided into three separate floors plus a removable roof. The structure features two rusty cars, shattered windows, and heavy weathered detailing throughout. The ground floor includes an abandoned garage with a still-functional car lift, a damaged Cadillac, a collapsed gas pump area trapping a trailer beneath the fallen roof, and a deserted animal clinic. Upstairs, the nearly empty apartment tells a quiet story of decay — a crumbling sofa, a fading kitchen, and remnants of daily life frozen in time. (Figures and printed parts are not included.) The instruction manual contains 2 PDF files totaling 452 pages.
