Design Details: 
There’s a take-away restaurant on the ground floor, which can be found on every corner of the German city center. Upstairs there is a newly moved student flat with tables, beds, moving boxes and pizzas on the floor, just like a real-life student flat. The attic is where the magic happens, where a magician has found a hidden home that can only be accessed via a secret collapsible ladder, and where you might find everything you need for a dark ritual. The front of the building like an urban estate, the back most resembles the downtown style, including the obligatory escape ladder.
