• The Birch family has expanded their business to not just a bookshop, but also an art gallery and antique shop. The Birch Art & Antique corner is an alternative build using 2050 pieces from the Set 10270 only (Please note that this requires the use of small spare parts included in the set when it is initially opened). This corner build comprises of an art gallery & antique shop on the ground floor and living area & additional art studio on the upper floor.
• The antique shop is managed by grandpa & grandma Birch. It's full of furniture, and other valuable antiques. The art gallery is managed by mommy Birch while daddy Birch creates the paintings and artworks. Of course, junior Birch sometimes helps daddy Birch. The upper level has an art studio that can also be used for private art lessons.
