This model consists of two floors and a roof with two tall birch trees and two flower beds in front of the building. The first floor is a large bookshop, which is extended with additional bookshelves and a place for customers to drink tea. A large spiral staircase is one of the design features of this floor. The second floor is fully furnished and has an apartment, including a relaxation area and a bathroom. Comes with a seating area, reading, and a drawing board for writing on the roof, allowing access via a ladder and folding door.
